Verantwortungsvolles Spielen
Our commitment, and why 19+ matters
Gambling is entertainment. It should never feel like a job, a rescue plan, or a way to chase losses. We built FreddyVegas, operated by CCR Enterprise Gaming SRL and licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission (licence 00966), with safer play in mind from the start.
You must be at least 19 to register and play from Canada. We verify age and identity, and we close accounts opened by anyone underage. Keep your login private. If a minor could reach your device, protect it with filtering software and never let someone under 19 wager on your behalf.
Tools that keep you in control
Set your own guardrails before play, not after. Each of these can be managed in your account, or by reaching our team through the contact page.
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
| Deposit limits | Cap how much you can add daily, weekly or monthly. |
| Loss limits | Set a ceiling on net losses over a chosen period. |
| Session limits | Decide how long a single session may run. |
| Reality checks | On-screen reminders of time and money spent. |
| Cooling-off | A short break, from 24 hours up to several weeks. |
| Self-exclusion | A longer lock-out when you need real distance. |
Reducing a limit takes effect quickly. Increases carry a deliberate delay, so a heated moment can't undo a sensible decision.
A quick 60-second self-check
Answer honestly. Nobody else sees this.
- Have you tried to cut back and couldn't?
- Do you chase losses with bigger bets?
- Have you lied about time or money spent playing?
- Has gambling caused money problems at home?
- Do you gamble to escape stress or sadness?
Two or more "yes" answers suggest it's time to set stricter limits or take a break. If that sounds like you, use a cooling-off period and talk to one of the services below.
Warning signs worth noticing
Problem gambling rarely announces itself. It creeps in. Watch for these patterns, in yourself or someone close to you:
- Spending more than you planned, again and again.
- Betting to win back what you lost.
- Borrowing money, or hiding how much you play.
- Lost sleep, missed work, or strained relationships.
- Feeling restless or low when you aren't gambling.
Recognise one? That's not failure. It's a signal worth acting on today.

Frequently Asked Questions
How old do I have to be to play at FreddyVegas?
- You must be at least 19 to register and gamble from Canada. We verify age during registration and close any account found to belong to an underage person.
Can I set a deposit limit myself?
- Yes. Deposit, loss and session limits are available in your account settings. Reductions apply quickly, while increases take effect only after a deliberate delay.
What's the difference between cooling-off and self-exclusion?
- Cooling-off is a short break, from 24 hours to a few weeks. Self-exclusion is a longer lock-out for when you need lasting distance from play. Both are easy to request.
Will self-exclusion stop my bonuses and emails?
- Yes. While excluded, you cannot wager, and we remove you from gambling-related promotions and marketing for the duration of the exclusion.
Who can I call in Canada for free help?
- ConnexOntario is available 24/7 at 1-866-531-2600. The Responsible Gambling Council also lists support services across every province and territory.
